Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications
• Manage subcontractors and site staff
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate site records and reports
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Clear criminal record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
