About the Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the execution of construction projects, including resources, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage procurement, subcontractor appointments, and supplier relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–8 years’ experience managing construction projects (commercial, residential, or civil works)
• Proven track record in delivering turnkey projects successfully
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and risk management
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
