About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. This role ensures cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and proper administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate tenders, budgets, and contracts
• Conduct cost planning and value engineering exercises to optimize project expenditure
• Manage progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and assist with dispute resolution
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor project financial performance
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients regarding project costs and variations

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• 1–7 years’ experience in the built environment (main contractor or subcontractor exposure advantageous)
• Proficiency in CCS Candy or similar software preferred
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
