About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, design sensitivity, and a solid understanding of construction detailing and documentation. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring project delivery from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop, and edit detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Translate design concepts into working drawings and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants throughout project phases.
• Manage documentation, submission, and approval processes with local authorities.
• Conduct site visits and assist with resolving technical or design-related challenges during construction.
• Ensure that all design and technical outputs align with client expectations and building standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Caddie, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Word, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of building materials, methods, and local regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Minimum Requirements:

• B-Tech Architectural Technology or M-Arch qualification.
• 5–10 years’ experience working in a professional architectural office.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality technical and presentation drawings.
