Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initial planning to final completion.

·       Manage quality, budget and schedule of each project.

·       Manage Client Relationship by establishing Client Requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

·       In conjunction with the assigned Quantity Surveyor, prepare budgets and detailed cost plans.

·       Manage Procurement Schedule per project.

·       Manage construction project documentation including but not limited to contracts, permits, drawings and change orders (in conjunction with Quantity Surveyors).

·       Review construction drawings daily to keep abreast with drawing updates for dissemination to Site Superintendent, Foreman etc. but not limited to.

·       Establish daily project objectives, scope and deliverables, instructing Site Superintendent, Foreman, Field Staff and Subcontractors.

·       Communicate with Project Architect and/or Design Team to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are accurate as per the drawings.

·       Lead weekly dashboard meetings inclusive of but not limited to reporting the financial status of the project in conjunction with the assigned quantity surveyor, labor levels, delays and issues.

·       Develop, coordinate and maintain schedule and activities with Subcontractors.

·       Conduct daily site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

·       Sign off on Shop Drawings for Quantity Surveyor.

·       Identify and Manage risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.

·       Prepare weekly project reports and photo updates per project for Clients, Director of Construction and CEO.

·       Facilitate training, evaluation and mentorship of field staff.

·       Advise HR in a timely manner, labor expansion and reduction per project.

·       Preparation of weekly timesheets for submission to Accounts for Payroll purposes.

·       Adhere and enforce relevant safety regulations such PPEs etc.

·       Conduct weekly toolbox meetings with project team per project.

·       Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

·       Completing administrative tasks as required.

·       And any other duties assigned by Management.
