Key Responsibilities

• Drive the tendering and estimating process from start to finish.
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, progress claims, valuations, and cost reports.
• Oversee subcontractor management, including procurement, scope definition, and payment certificates.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between on-site progress and commercial reporting.
• Maintain accurate project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to management.
• Support project teams in ensuring compliance with company and contractual processes.
• Contribute to the development of systems and processes that improve commercial efficiency.

Requirements

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent qualification).
• 4–8 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Proven proficiency in CCS Candy (non-negotiable).
• Strong commercial acumen and a structured, process-driven approach to work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience with Autodesk & Buildsmart software (advantageous but not essential).
