Role Overview:
They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of projects on-site, maintaining high standards of quality and client service, and coordinating with both internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage kitchen installation projects on-site
• Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design plans
• Coordinate schedules and work of installation teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely problem-solving
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams on project status
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Track materials and ensure site readiness for each phase of the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a site supervision or installation management role (preferably within kitchen, cabinetry, or interior fit-out projects)
• Driver’s license and own reliable transport (non-negotiable)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
