Our clients need a young dynamic HR Manager at their offices outside Durbanville. The group consists of 5 companies with 4 sites and about 270 staff. You will be reporting to the Managing Director but will work mostly independently.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Selection to On-boarding (the total lifecycle)
Policies, Procedures and Legal Compliance – improve, implement and maintain
Performance Management (KPA’s)
Facilitating training and development
Employee relations – strategic link between management and employee
Share the employer’s vision and strategies to execute that vision
Manage: Absenteeism, hearings, performance enquiries, job descriptions, organograms, training, etc.
Involved with time sheet approval, SDL, H4M, provident fund claims, etc.
Requirements:
Well organized and adaptable
Good communication skills: verbally, telephonically or via e-mail
Matric with the necessary diploma or degree
At least 10 years’ proven experience in the above responsibilities
Speak and write Afrikaans & English fluently
With your work ethic and sober habits, you will fit this team
Excellent management skills, problem solver and be very diplomatic
Very strong administrative skills
