Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead major commercial and contractual functions on large-scale projects—locally and internationally.

Minimum Requirements:
BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Professional registration or progress toward MRICS / SACQSP (advantageous)
10+ years’ experience in QS / Cost Consultancy
Ability to independently run full project lifecycles
Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, etc.)
Experience with complex or international projects is a strong advantage
