Responsibilities:
Lead on-site construction activities for luxury custom homes
Coordinate subcontractors, material sequencing, and finishing compliance
Maintain detailed progress reporting and quality-control systems
Ensure seamless communication between project stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements:
A BSc Construction Studies degree, or similar built-environment qualification, is required
Extensive experience supervising high-end residential construction
