Key Responsibilities
Perform site measurements and quantity take-offs across various project locations
Prepare and manage tender documents, BOQs and subcontractor inquiries
Assist with subcontractor valuations and payment certificates
Support the commercial team with contract administration, financial tracking and project cost control
Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain accurate commercial records
Requirements
Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (Degree / Diploma)
1–3 years’ experience in a QS role within the construction sector
CCS Candy proficiency
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
