Key Responsibilites:
Plan, supervise and execute projects according to time and budget.
Build a strong operational team consisting of workers, artisans, labourers and casuals.
Interface and work closely with the site teams, professionals and the clients.
Build strong working relations with service providers.
Key Requirements:
Minimum grade 12 Certificate plus post-matric Diploma in Project Management and Construction Management.
3 - 7 years experience on different construction projects with key contactable references.
Good communication skills, advanced computer skills (EXCEL, MICROSOFT, etc)
Excellent planning and scheduling and reporting skills.
