REQUIREMENTS:

· BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying

· 3–6 years’ relevant consultancy or contracting experience

· Sound knowledge of contracts, measurement, and administration

· Strong client-facing and communication skills

· Ability to manage projects independently
