An established construction group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception through to completion in Malawi. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage site teams, coordinate resources, and take full accountability for project delivery across time, cost, quality, and safety.

SALARY

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (paid in Malawian Kwacha)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee 2 – 4 construction projects concurrently.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
