- Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams
- Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Mentor site leadership and coordinate stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (preferred).

7 - 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with proven emphasis on finishing.

Srong backgroud managing custom homes, and renovations.

SALARY

$130K - $150K + benefits
