A growing construction company is looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. This is a great opportunity for a QS with solid construction experience who wants to grow within a dynamic, hands-on construction environment.

What you’ll be involved in:
* Commercial management support on construction projects
* Cost estimates, budgets, and cost control
* Measurement and valuation of work on site
* Managing subcontractor packages and payment certificates
* Procurement support and supplier pricing
* Contract administration and project financial reporting

Requirements:
* BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
* 3–5 years’ construction industry experience
* Strong MS Excel skills
* CCS Candy advantageous
* Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
