What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and developing the Toronto office
* Delivering high-level QS services on mining projects
* Overseeing estimating, cost management & contracts
* Driving client relationships and business growth
* Mentoring and building a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:
* MRICS or SACQSP registered QS
* 10+ years in mining or heavy industrial projects
* Strong experience in estimating, cost & contract management
* Leadership capability with an entrepreneurial mindset
