We’re currently working with a well-established contractor in the Jet Park area who is looking to appoint a Site Agent with strong warehousing project experience.

This is an urgent hire for someone who can take full ownership of projects and deliver with precision.

Key Responsibilities
Full site management from setting out through to final handover
Overseeing warehousing / industrial projects
Managing subcontractors, quality, and programme
Handling contractual notifications and administration
Acting as client representative on site
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec

Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Agent on warehousing / industrial builds
Strong understanding of contract management and notifications
Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong client-facing and communication skills
