The Estate Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of Longlands Estate. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the HOA Trustees and the developer.

Previous experience in a similar estate or residential development environment will be a strong advantage. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where the estate is still in active development.
