This is not a general QS role — it requires hands-on experience in the aluminium and glazing industry, with a strong grasp of material specifications, fabrication processes, and installation variables. If you understand how to accurately price shopfronts, windows, doors, and bespoke glazing systems, this role is for you.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring project profitability, accuracy in costing, and seamless coordination across the business.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Relevant trade or technical qualification in aluminium, glazing, or shopfitting will be considered instead of a formal QS qualification.

Minimum 3 - 5 years' estimating or QS experience within the aluminium, glazing, shopfittings, ceilings and partitions, or specialist subcontractor environment (essential).

Proven ability to price aluminium system types including shopfronts, windows, doors, frameless systems, and double-glazed units.
