This role calls for a confident construction professional with strong shopping mall experience, the ability to manage complex tenant fit-outs, and the leadership presence to drive large site teams and programmes successfully.

You’ll work closely with developers, tenants, and professional teams while overseeing the coordination and delivery of a high-profile project in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 - 10 years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 - 4 years specifically on shopping mall or large-scale retail projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering retail centres or mall developments from inception to handover.

Strong knowledge of construction programmes (MS Project or similar) and contract management.

Solid understanding of OHSA compliance and construction health and safety requirements.

Valid South African driver's licence.
