This office-based role (with site travel) is ideal for an experienced QS who takes pride in accuracy, strong cost control, and delivering across a variety of projects.

Candidates should be proficient in WinQS (cost estimation) and DimensionX (measurement), and comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.

Preference will be given to professionals with ASAQS registration (or similar), experience in owner-managed contractor environments, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree of BTech in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 6 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in a construction environment.

Proven experience across multiple project types including residential, commercial, and/or retail.

Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (JBCC, NEC, or similar)
