KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an office management or senior administrative role.
Solid bookkeeping or accounts experience - AP, AR, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
