This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong JBCC contract knowledge, commercial insight, and the ability to successfully manage projects from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple construction projects, manage subcontractors and professional teams, monitor project costs and risks, and ensure all developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Experience in residential or mixed-use developments, contractual administration, claims management, and stakeholder coordination will be highly advantageous. Exposure to medium- to high-density developments and professional registration (or working towards it) will be beneficial.

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Management role.
Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts and construction law.
Proven track record managing residential or mixed-use developments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
