We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Readymix Sales Representative to join a growing team serving the construction and civil industries in the Paarl / Stellenbosch area.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in readymix concrete sales who understands the industry, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can identify new business opportunities in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include:
- Growing and maintaining relationships within the construction and civil sectors
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
- Conducting site visits and client meetings
- Preparing tenders and quotations
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

Preference will be given to candidates based in the Western Cape with an existing industry network.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Min of 3 years' experience in readymix concrete sales.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Experience with tenders.

Sound knowlegde of the construction and civil industry.

Preferably experienced with Batchman systems or similar ERP software.

Own reliable transport.

Must reside in or near the Stellenbosch or Paarl area.
