This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with 2–5 years’ practical experience who is looking to grow within a stable, project-driven environment. Candidates with strong knowledge of construction processes, cost management, and contractor-side operations are encouraged to apply.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS or equivalent).
2 - 5 years' experience as a QS within a construction company (contractor-side experience preferred).
Sound understanding of construction processes and contractor cost management.
Registration as PrQS with ASAQS is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Exel and QS-related software (CCS Candy or similar advantageous).
