A well-established main building contractor in the George area is seeking an experienced Senior Site Foreman to take full operational responsibility for a mid-to-large scale residential apartment development built against a steep slope.

This role requires a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership ability, proven residential development experience, and the ability to manage all on-site activities from setting out through to practical completion.

Candidates with apartment or multi-storey residential experience, as well as hillside/sloped construction exposure, are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 - 10 years' proven experience.

Demostrated experience on apartment / multi-storey residential developments.

Experience with sloped or hillside construction (retaining structures, piling, bulk earthworks) will be a strong advantage.

Sound knowledge of construction methods, setting out, and building regulations.

Strong leadership and labour management skills.

Proficient in reading and intrepreting architectural and structural drawings.
