An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic property development team involved in high-quality residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with development, construction, sales, and finance teams, contributing directly to innovative, market-driven developments that shape the urban landscape.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

National Diploma in Architectural Technology (NQF Level 6) in Architecture or similar.

Minimum 3 - 5 years post-qualification experience in property development projects.

In-dept knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and construction methodologies.

Proficient in architectural design software - strong Revit skills are non-negotiable; SketchUp and similar advantageous.

Presentation skills and 3D modelling skills, alongside production skills, will be strong advantage.

Salary: R240,000 – R360,000 per annum (negotiable)
