KEY REQUIREMENTS:
BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying or related built-environment qualification.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a contractor of development environment.
Understanding of construction processes, site delivery, and cost management.
Strong commercial acumen combined with practical, on-site capability.
Communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership across multiple areas.
