• Assist with quantities, BOQs, valuations, and cost reports
• Support site-based measurement and progress claims
• Provide administrative support to the project QS team
• Liaise with contractors and consultants as required
Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying (BTech / BSc.)
• Proficient in WINQS and Microsoft Excel
• Valid SA Police Clearance Certificate or willing to obtain one
• Familiarity with JBCC contracts and site measurement procedures
• Reliable and self-driven
• Detail-oriented with good numerical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eager to learn and grow within a site-based environment
