A growing construction company operating across the commercial, industrial, civil infrastructure, structural steel, and residential sectors is looking to appoint a QS with solid construction experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic, hands-on construction environment with exposure to a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior QS with commercial management of projects.

Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.

Measure and value work completed on site.

Manage subcontractor packages and payment certificates.

Assist with procurement and supplier pricing.

Monitor project costs and assist with cost control.

Prepare project financial reports.

Assist with contract administration and variations.

Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

BSc of BTech in Quantity Surveying (BSc advantageous).

3 - 5 years' experience in the construction industry.

Strong MS Excel skills (essential).

CCS Candy experience (advantageous).

Good understanding of construction cost control and measurement.

Ability to work both in an office and site-based environment.
