We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading luxury residential and commercial construction environment in the Bahamas. This role requires a professional who understands the financial and procurement complexities behind bespoke, high-specification projects where quality, detail, and finish are non-negotiable.
The successful candidate will take ownership of cost management, procurement, subcontractor accounts, and commercial oversight across a portfolio of premium developments — including imported finishes, custom joinery, and internationally sourced materials.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a Quantity Surveyor with strong high-end residential construction exposure who is looking for an international career move within a demanding but rewarding project environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bacherlor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Demonstrate experience on custom luxury homes, bespoke joinery / millwork, and imported finishes.
Sound knowledge of international procurement, shipping, and duty implications (Caribbean experience advantageous).
