Are you an experienced operations professional with a strong background in warehousing, distribution, and customer service? Our client is seeking a Customer Care & Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the business.
This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of products, managing receiving and dispatch processes, maintaining effective warehouse systems, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence. In addition, the successful candidate will drive customer care initiatives, ensuring responsive, professional service and structured processes that support business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
Related degree or diploma in Logistics / Warehouse / Supply Chain Management.
Min 10 years experience in warehousing and distribution.
Min 5 years middle or senior management experience.
Experience in FMCG/distribution industry is preferred.
Previous experience in Syspro or related ERP system is essential.
