Our client is a respected Winelands-based builder specialising in high-end, bespoke residential homes within some of the region’s most prestigious lifestyle and security estates.

They are seeking an experienced General Foreman to take full ownership of site operations on a luxury residential project in Paarl. This senior supervisory role is ideal for a construction professional who leads from the front, maintains exceptional quality standards, and can confidently coordinate multiple trades, specialist subcontractors, and demanding project requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years' construction industry experience.

Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman managing residential construction sites independently.

Experience on high-end residential or luxury estates projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, qualiity finishes, planning, and site safety.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Proven ability to manage subconstractors, labour, and quality standards effectively.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

SAMTRAC or equivalent health and safety qualification.
