Our client, a fast-growing and award-winning construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage their Quantity Surveying department.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Degree of Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related.

Minimum 10 years' experience.

Proven experience in a senior or managerial QS role.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.

Estimating and tendering experience.

Knowlegde of CCS (Candy) is essential.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proficient with MS Project Professional.
