Our client is seeking a hands-on Junior General Foreman / Lead Hand to help drive site operations, coordinate labour teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and labour teams.
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor site progress and report to senior site management.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage resources effectively.
Identify and escalate site issues, risks, and delays proactively.
Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive team culture on site.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 4 years' experience in the construction industry.

Proven experience in a lead hand or supervisory role on a construction site.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site instructions.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
