Our client, a well-established Level 1 B-BBEE construction company based in Fourways, is looking for an experienced Estimator with exceptional CCS (Candy) skills to join their high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions using CCS (Candy).

Conducting thorough take-offs and pricing from drawings and specifications.

Sourcing and evaluating subconstractor and supplier quotations.

Reviewing tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.

Liasing with project managers, site teams, and clients during the tender process.

Maintaining and updating pricing databases and historical cost data.

Identifying and mitigating risk during the tender stage.

REQUIREMENTS:

5 - 15 years' experience in construction estimating - essential.

Strong CCS (Candy) proficiency - non-negotiable.

Experience across commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects.

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related advantageous.
