Tags: Quantity SurveyorWe are currently partnering with a well-established main contractor based in the Jet Park area — one of Gauteng’s leading industrial and logistics hubs — to recruit an experienced Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record on warehousing, industrial, and big-box developments.
This is an urgent opportunity for a commercially astute QS who can confidently take ownership of the full quantity surveying function on live projects, working closely with site teams to protect margins, manage risk, and strengthen the contractor’s contractual position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on warehousing / industrial / big-box developments.
Intermediate to Senior level - able to run the commercial function on a project independently.
Proficiency in CCS (Candy) is essential.
Strong working knowledge of JBCC contract administration, notifications, and claims.
Relevant qaulification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (BSc / BTech / National Diploma)
