Site QSAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Western Cape property development group with more than 30 years of success in delivering premium residential estates.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll take ownership of the commercial and cost-management function on an active residential development. Working closely with the construction team and in-house architects, you'll be involved from design through to project completion.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential developments.
Intermediate to Senior level - able to run the QS function across multiple projects independently.
Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (BSc / BTech / National Diploma).
Comfortable being based on site full-time and engaging directly with the construction team.
Strong measurement skills and a solid grasp of residential construction methods and finishes.
