With over 1,200 stands developed across the Garden Route, Mossel Bay, and Cape Town, and an in-house architectural team overseeing every home design, this developer manages the full development process — from stand creation through to final handover.
They are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial and cost-management function across multiple concurrent residential projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential developments.
Intermediate to Senior level - able to run the QS function across multiple projects independently.
Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (BSc / BTech / National Diploma)
