We are recruiting on behalf of a respected construction company for an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent to take ownership of a significant residential development just outside Stellenbosch.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of a projects, including substantial civil and concrete works, followed by high-end finishes throughout.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who thrives on planning, coordination, quality control, and programme management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years' experience in the management of large construction projects.

Very strong administrative and computer skills (essential).

Ability to read construction plans and drawings to a high level.

Sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.

Knowledge of the JBCC suite of contracts (advantageous).

SALARY: R40,000 - R50,000 CTC
