We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key leadership role within its tendering and procurement team.

This is a strategic appointment for a seasoned estimating professional who can lead day-to-day estimating activities, mentor junior team members, and ensure the accurate, competitive, and timely submission of tenders. The position offers genuine long-term career stability and the opportunity to contribute to major commercial and infrastructure projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years' experience in construction estimating, preferably on large commercial and infrastructure projects.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Candy (CCS).

Proven experience in tender preparation, adjudication, and finalisation.

Strong ability to work under pressure and adhere strictly to deadlines.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to compile Bills of Quantities and pricing schedules accurately. 

Experience in subcontractor adjudication and supplier negotiations.

Strong commercial awareness and cost-control capability.
