We are recruiting for a major water treatment infrastructure project in Lesotho, involving the construction of a large-scale water treatment works over a 24-month programme.
This is a full-time, site-based position where the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Quality control and assurance of all electrical works on site
- Inspection and verification of installations against drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
- Identification, reporting, and close-out of non-conformances
- Maintaining quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
- Liaising with engineers, project teams, and subcontractors on quality matters
- Supporting implementation of the project's Quality Management Plan
- Witnessing and documenting electrical testing and commissioning activities

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
Additional certifications in quality assurance (advantageous).
Minimum 8 years' cumulative relevant experience.
Demonstrable experience in quality control and assurance.
Experience on large infrastructure or water-related projects (advantageous).
Willingness to be based full-time on site for the project duration.
Strong attention to detail and sound report-writing ability.
