Manage and coordinate all finishing work internally on buildings.

Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors.

Oversee the complete process on ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.

Ensure painting, ceilings, carpets, tiling, plugs, and other finishing elements are completed correctly and to specification.

Minimum 10–15 years' relevant experience in construction finishes or interior finishing.

Experience with snagging and closing out projects.

Strong practical knowledge of accuracy and quality finishing.
