An established contractor specialising in premium residential construction is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of multiple high-end residential projects in and around Gansbaai.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a construction professional who thrives on delivering exceptional projects, managing multiple priorities, and driving site teams to achieve outstanding results. Several projects may run concurrently, requiring strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full on-site management of multiple high-end residential projects, potentially running concurrently.

Delivering projects on time and within budget, protecting programme and margin.

Upholding the highest health and safety standards across all sites.

Leadership and supervision of site teams and subcontractors.

Programme scheduling and coordination of site activities.

Quality assurance and control to high-end residential standards.

Procurement and material coordination.

Site management reporting and progress updates.

Client and stakeholder communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 10 years' site management experience, preferably on high-end residential builds.

Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent sites effectively.

Based near Gansbaai, or willing to stay locally during the week and return home on weekends.
