We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil construction and plant hire contractor seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven construction professional who can take full responsibility for site operations across roads, civil infrastructure, concrete works, and earthworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving project execution while leading and developing high-performing site teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years' experience in roads, civil infrastructure, concrete and earthworks.

Strong planning and organiational skills.

Proven ability to manage Health & Safety specifications and standards.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate staff.
