Production Manager

This role is ideal for a hands-on production leader who can plan, coordinate and manage activities across Extrusion, Weaving and Workshop departments, while driving output, quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high safety and compliance standards, leading teams, and supporting continuous improvement in a well-established manufacturing environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

National Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (Degree advantageous).

Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or manament role.

Experience in TPU layflat, textile, or plastics extrusion environment advantageous.

Proven experience managing teams across multiple departments.
