Site Procurement & Cost Administrator

This role will support busy construction sites with the day-to-day procurement and cost administration that keeps projects moving. Responsibilities include preparing and capturing purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, allocating costs correctly, verifying delivery notes, following up on outstanding orders, and keeping records accurate and up to date.

The successful candidate will also liaise with suppliers, support site teams with procurement queries, maintain organised filing systems, and help ensure all documentation is complete and audit-ready.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years' experience in an administrative, procurement, finance, or commercial support role.

Experience in a construction or project-based environment will be advantageous.

Basic understanding of procurement processes and cost administration.

Relevant certificate or diploma in Administration, Procurement, Finance, or Accounting will be advantageousl
