REQUIREMENTS:

BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Proven QS experience in building and renovations (contractor-side experience strongly preferred).

Demonstrated ability to take on-site measurements accurately and confidently.

Sound knowledge of JBCC and related contract forms.

Proficient in MS Excel and QS-related software (CCS Candy or similar will be an advantage.
