Estimator

This role is suited to a detail-driven professional with strong estimating experience in building and civil projects, including warehousing, high-rise buildings and hospitals. The successful candidate will be confident with BOQs, rate build-ups, CCS and detailed project pricing.

Applicants should have 10+ years’ experience and be ready to take on a senior, hands-on estimating role.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

National Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction or Quantitative field is preferred.

Demonstrate estimating experience in large-scale and complex projects.

Knowledgge of CCS is essential.

Ability to do rate buildups.

Experience in the pricing of Warehousing, High Rise Buildings, and Hospitals.
