Head of Production / Workshop Manager

Ready to take ownership of a workshop and help shape the future of a growing bespoke joinery business?

Lead production, installation and a skilled team in Joostenberg Vlakte. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values independence, high standards and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

You’ll work on premium kitchens and bespoke joinery across Paarl and the Cape Winelands, with a clear path towards running the full manufacturing operation.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

10 - 20 years in bespoke joinery, cabinetry or shopfitting.

Has managed / run a joinery, cabinetry of furniture workshop.

Hands-on knowledge of bespoke cabinetry and kitchen manufacturing.

Can read and work from design drawings and cutting lists.

High-end / luxury residential kitchen background.

CNC experience + cabinet-design software (2020, Polyboard of similar).

SALARY:

R30000 - R40000 per month depending on experience.
